Details About the Meeting:

The meeting will be held from May 30 to June 1 in the pearl of the Aegean region, İzmir. The participation fee is 5600 TL and covers accommodation, breakfasts, hotel services, Friday and Saturday dinners, Friday and Saturday night events, two lunch meals on Saturday and Sunday, a buffet-style coffee break and snacks during the meeting, a surprise welcome pack, and transportation between the hotel and the university. The meeting sessions will take place at Ege University.

 
Only for İzmir sections, an option without accommodation is available for 1850 TL. The price includes everything except for accommodation, breakfast, and dinners.
